Delivery & Returns

Important Information:

In most instances your order will be despatched on the first business day after your order is placed. However, we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed over a weekend will usually be sent on the following Monday.

Our postage costs are as follows:-

Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there maybe items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We operate a backorder system – if an item is out of stock at the time you order, it will be forwarded at a later date. Note that newly introduced items are often difficult to restock at short notice.

We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your precious papers, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the Post Office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.

Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. These must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded, by cheque. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. In this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund, the product(s) must be returned to us in its original unopened packaging.
The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).
Upon fullfilling refund requirements, we will credit your account within 7 days of receipt of goods.
